The digital economy

Connecting real assets with digital markets.

We are developing a digital asset tokenisation framework that connects identifiable assets, clearly defined participation rights and digital transaction infrastructure. The programme considers government projects, productive enterprises, property and commodities, with the objective of making suitable assets easier to administer and accessible through appropriately structured channels for eligible participants.

Digital Asset Tokenisation

The asset is the starting point.

Tokenisation begins with the economic and legal substance of the underlying arrangement. Ownership, contractual rights, valuation, cash flows and reporting must be understood before a digital representation can serve a useful purpose. Technology then supports the record, transfer and administration of those defined rights.

Our digital asset tokenisation programme connects asset assessment, structuring, digital issuance and market infrastructure. Applications are considered across public development initiatives and private operating assets, with each proposed issuance following its own approval and implementation process.

Our focus

Where we concentrate.

01

Government and development projects

Our proposals consider tokenisation as a tool for organising participation in government projects and economically productive assets. Potential applications include infrastructure, energy, industrial rehabilitation and tourism development. The programme begins with project selection, delivery responsibilities and the form of investor participation before determining an appropriate digital issuance and distribution model.

02

Commodity-linked structures

Our commodity-related development agenda considers gold, diamonds and other resources. A commodity-backed structure requires explicit provisions for title, custody, verification, valuation and redemption. Those provisions must be established in the relevant product documentation before a representation of backing can be made.

03

Digital asset issuance

Our issuance framework considers how defined economic interests can be represented, distributed and administered through digital assets. Work begins with the purpose of the instrument, participant rights and the responsible entities, followed by documentation, eligibility controls, transaction arrangements and ongoing reporting suited to the underlying structure.

04

Private assets and enterprises

We consider digital participation structures for suitable real estate, operating companies and recovery programmes. The process evaluates the underlying business or asset, the nature of the participation interest and the administration of distributions or transfers. Digital records can support these arrangements without replacing due diligence or sound project-level economics.

Our approach

From conviction to execution.

Define the rights

Identify the asset, the responsible entities, the economic entitlement and the obligations associated with participation.

Design the structure

Establish the documentation, valuation approach, custody or recordkeeping requirements and permitted route to market.

Administer the lifecycle

Provide for issuance, ongoing reporting, transaction controls and the applicable transfer, distribution or redemption process.
